General Delivery Policy
All orders will be processed within 1 day (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
It takes 2 to 3 working days to receive your order in Malaysia.
Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details.
If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation (email firstname.lastname@example.org or DM us directly on Instagram).
If you need any assistance with your order, please get in touch with us immediately on live chat. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has been shipped.
Please review and ensure you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address you provide.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification and a Whatsapp notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
Please allow 24 working hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you & respond immediately.
